Connector Terms of Use

Effective October 8, 2026

Important. The Connector provides general practice information only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and using it does not create a physician-patient relationship. If you may be having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department now. Section 14 requires most disputes to be resolved by individual binding arbitration under the TeleDirectMD Terms of Service.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the TeleDirectMD Connector (the "Connector"), operated by TeleDirectMD (Mahavir Health Services LLC) ("TeleDirectMD," "we," "us"). They apply to you if you enable the Connector, if an AI assistant uses it on your behalf, or if you access it directly or integrate it into a product. By doing any of these, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Connector and disable it in your AI assistant.

These Terms cover only the Connector. Booking, payment, telehealth visits and all medical care are governed exclusively by the TeleDirectMD Terms of Service, the Telehealth Informed Consent, the Privacy Policy and Notice of Privacy Practices, and the other documents presented when you book. Those documents are not modified by these Terms.

2. What the Connector is

The Connector is a free, read-only information service. It returns general information about whether TeleDirectMD serves a state, the conditions it lists on its website, its posted price and policies, in-network insurance plans it lists by state, and open appointment times on its calendar, with a link to teledirectmd.com. The Connector cannot book, change or cancel appointments, take payment, receive medical information, or communicate with a physician.

3. Not medical advice; no physician-patient relationship

Information from the Connector is general practice information, not medical advice, and is not a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, a triage decision, or a determination that telehealth or any particular care is appropriate for you. No physician or other clinician reviews Connector requests or responses. Using the Connector, or reading an AI assistant's response that includes Connector information, does not create a physician-patient relationship with TeleDirectMD or any of its physicians. A physician-patient relationship can begin only when a TeleDirectMD physician conducts a telehealth visit with you after you book, provide intake information and give consent on teledirectmd.com, and is then governed by the Terms of Service, including its provisions on the episodic nature of care.

4. AI assistant content

AI assistants are operated by third parties, such as Anthropic and OpenAI, that are not affiliated with TeleDirectMD. TeleDirectMD does not control, review, endorse or adopt anything an AI assistant says, including any medical information, explanation, suggestion or summary, or how it describes or summarizes information from the Connector. Statements made by an AI assistant are not statements of TeleDirectMD or its physicians, even when they appear next to Connector information or mention TeleDirectMD. Do not rely on an AI assistant for medical decisions. Always confirm details on teledirectmd.com, and discuss your health with a licensed clinician.

5. Emergencies

TeleDirectMD is not an emergency service, and the Connector is not monitored. If you have symptoms such as chest pain or pressure, difficulty breathing, signs of stroke, severe bleeding, severe abdominal pain, loss of consciousness, or thoughts of harming yourself or others, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately. If you are in crisis, you can call or text 988. Do not delay emergency care to use the Connector or book a visit.

6. Eligibility and clinical judgment

TeleDirectMD provides care only to adults 18 and older who are physically located in a state it serves at the time of the visit. A Connector response that a state is served, or that a condition appears on TeleDirectMD's website, does not mean that you are eligible for care, that your condition is suitable for telehealth, or that any test, prescription, treatment, note or referral will be provided. Those decisions are made solely by the treating physician during a visit, who may decline to treat or may refer you to in-person or emergency care.

7. Appointment availability

Open times returned by the Connector are a snapshot of the practice calendar and can change at any moment. They are not offers, reservations or guarantees. A time is held only when you complete booking on teledirectmd.com and receive confirmation. Visits may be rescheduled or cancelled as described in the Terms of Service.

8. Prices and insurance

The price and payment terms shown when you book, and those in the Terms of Service, control over any price or term stated by the Connector or an AI assistant. Fees and the cost of medications or other services from third parties, such as pharmacies, are separate. Information that TeleDirectMD is in-network with a payer in a state is general and is not a verification of benefits, eligibility or coverage. Coverage is determined by your insurer and plan, and you are responsible for any copay, coinsurance, deductible or amount your insurer does not pay, as described in the Terms of Service.

9. Accuracy and order of precedence

We make reasonable efforts to keep Connector information consistent with teledirectmd.com, but it may be incomplete, delayed or out of date, and service areas, conditions, prices, policies and insurance participation change. If Connector information differs from teledirectmd.com or from documents presented at booking, teledirectmd.com and those documents control. We may change, suspend or discontinue the Connector, or any information it provides, at any time without notice.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may block, limit or suspend any access that we believe violates these Terms or threatens the Connector, TeleDirectMD or its patients.

11. Intellectual property

The Connector, its information and the TeleDirectMD name and marks belong to TeleDirectMD or its licensors. You may display Connector information within AI assistant responses for your own personal, non-commercial use, unaltered in substance and attributed to TeleDirectMD. No other license is granted.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Connector and all information it provides are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. TeleDirectMD does not warrant that the Connector will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any AI assistant will use or present its information correctly.

13. Limitation of liability; indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeleDirectMD, Mahavir Health Services LLC, Parth Bhavsar, MD, and their respective owners, officers, employees, contractors and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Connector, any information it provides, or any statement or action of an AI assistant, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or any other theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Their total liability for all claims arising out of or related to the Connector will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

These limitations apply only to the Connector. They do not limit any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and they do not apply to medical care, which is governed by the Terms of Service and applicable law. The Connector is offered free of charge, and these limitations are an essential basis of our decision to offer it.

If you access the Connector directly or integrate it into a product or service, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless TeleDirectMD, Mahavir Health Services LLC and Parth Bhavsar, MD from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your product or service, your misuse of the Connector, or your violation of these Terms or the law.

14. Disputes and governing law

Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to the Connector or these Terms will be resolved under Sections 16 (Dispute Resolution and Arbitration) and 17 (Governing Law) of the TeleDirectMD Terms of Service, which are incorporated here by reference. Those sections require informal resolution first, followed by individual binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, with a class action waiver, an opt-out right, and exceptions as stated there. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the extent a dispute is not subject to arbitration, it will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

15. General terms

We may update these Terms by posting a new version at this address with a new effective date; continued use after posting means you accept the updated Terms. If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization, merger or sale. These Terms, together with the Connector Privacy Policy and the incorporated sections of the Terms of Service, are the entire agreement about the Connector.
